Landscape Haiku

8 May

running at top speed

chasing after a rabbit

over the hilltop

***

pretty white flowers

polka dots against dark green

pretty grass decor

***

mountains looming up

jagged peaks against the sky

dangerous landscape

The theme for this week’s Sensational Haiku Wednesday is landscape.  I’m also sharing with the open link for d’Verse Poets.

The third one is my fave. Those jagged, dangerous peaks. Strong image.

I can almost see either a pet or small child running thru the fields enjoying nature in all of its joyful splendor. Your ability to capture that joy is very refreshing.
