An Ox Nose

The challenge has been presented to write a poem in the style of the imagists, such are William Carlos Williams.  I’ve elected to write about my beautiful ox’s nose.

rubbery nose

slimy and bumpy

black and pink

soft fur~

perfect for an ox

For those of you that believe the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, here’s my big hunk of beef in his entirety.

I’m really enjoyiing your challenges. They are very…challenging…..and seem to explore a lot of territory. Wishing I had more time to create. I’m going to have to check these out.

    Keep Writing! xo
