Cats and Dogs

Thursday evening can only mean one thing~it’s time for Friday Flash 55 with our incredible host, G-Man.  With the NaNoWriMo novel completed and my second novel started, I’ve actually gotten back into the swing of real prose fiction rather than poetry.  I won’t make any guarantees on the quality, but I promise it is fiction.

“Did you ever have one of those days where you felt like a cat in heat?”

He looked up at her from across the table not sure if it was a serious question.  “No, but I have those times I want to be like a dog humping your leg.”

Thank goodness for gratuitous sick days.

  1. My son comes to me and says that our Chihuahua is disgusting. She is in his room giving the cat a post-potty rim job. I am glad I am going into menopause.

  2. The only problem I have with this is, that if I call in sick,
I’m on deaths door and no amount of ‘Cat in Heat’ can change that
But I LOVED your Animal Saucy 55
Congrats on the writing challenge, thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
